Another holiday has proven to be much more exciting now that we have a kid of our own! We spent Saturday with extended family, doing all the typical Easter activities. Thankfully it was warm enough to do it all outside.
We stuffed ourselves past the brim and Jayna added “bunny” to her ever increasing vocabulary.
There was egg dying, egg hiding, and egg finding.
And somehow we managed to leave with a dozen hard boiled eggs…even though we had no part in the coloring besides picture taking. But, I’m not complaining – perfect excuse to try out this potato salad recipe and maybe I’ll whip up some deviled eggs later this week. How do you use up Easter eggs?
