Make It: A Personalized Counting Book

Jayna counted from 1 to 10 by herself for the first time today!!  Proud mommy moment for me. We used to identify things by what they were – chair, ball, car.  Then it progressed to what color the things were – the pink shirt, red Elmo.  Now we talk specifics by adding a number to the mix. Although she hasn’t grasped the one to one ratio thing yet, we count everything!
To help her learn numbers, I made Jayna this personalized counting book through My Memories. She loves it and we’ve read it lots!  For more info on how I made it, check this post out.  It was super easy and free!  I designed the pages with the My Memories software (you can download a trial version at no cost), uploaded the pages and ordered.  The turnaround time was pretty quick too – we had it within a week.  So if you’re stuck on what to get your husband or dad for Father’s Day, make them a book!  There’s still time and it would make a great personalized gift!  Take a peek at Jayna’s:

I always say that at the finish of a book, so I thought it fitting to include it here!  If you have any questions about the promotion or the book I made, feel free to email me or leave a comment. Have a great Memorial Day weekend!!

Came to your blog via Pinterest, but couldn’t leave without saying that my daughter’s name is Jayna, too! I haven’t seen anyone else with that name. Very cool.
