Thanks to Tidy Mom, I now know how to get dried paint out of clothes! Her husband got paint on his coat and she was able to remove it (after it had dried) with water, rubbing alcohol, and some scrubbing.
So I thought I’d give this method a shot on some cotton workout pants I painted in a few months ago. There were just a few splatters on one of the legs.
And the end result: not perfect, but the dried paint is for the most part gone! You can see a tiny bit on the outer seam and you can tell where I used my fingernail to help scratch away the paint. But both are hardly noticeable when on, and it’s certainly better than before! I’m counting it as a success.
