If you have a small funnel laying around, then you can quickly and easily separate an egg yolk from the egg white!
Simply place the funnel over a glass jar or cup and crack an egg into it. You may find that the yolk covers the hole of the funnel, preventing the entire white to fall through-just use a spoon to maneuver the yolk so the white can go around and down.
And voila! You have an egg white (which should actually be called an egg yellow) and an egg yolk!
